Meet Lindsey

She's an artist

Lindsey Hopkins - ArtistLindsey is a local illustrator to the Cochrane and Calgary area. She began her freelance illustrating career nine years ago. It started when her two sons were small and during their naps and after bedtime, she would illustrate friend’s and their loved ones as an alternative to a portrait for Christmas cards. Her career has slowly evolved over the years into a full time illustrating career that has brought her opportunities with major ski resorts, media publications, and politicians. Her illustrated maps of Cochrane , Calgary and Banff are what she is most known for her, even having one featured on a magazine cover. She loves being so close to the mountains allowing her family to ski each weekend otherwise you will find her in her garden during the warmer months.

Bio:

Selina has always done many modalities of fitness and enjoys being active. She feels the best activity for you to do is the one you love, as this adds value to your life. What this is. Traditional strength training, CrossFit, step class or yoga. She enjoys hypertrophy training and helping women find confidence and power in the gym and in everyday life.

Cool Fact:

Selina loves hiking, biking, swimming and has deadlifted 215lbs. She would love to learn how to rock climb.
