    • Active Forever

      This fitness class is structured towards older adults hoping to build, maintain, or improver their current level of health and fitness. Our instructors and facility provide a supportive, safe environment to help improve our participant's fitness condition. Join a group of dedicated adults who want to be active and fit forever! -- All levels welcome -- you will be encouraged to explore all your body's abilities in a progressive and safe format.

    • Move It or Lose It

      Whether you are 50 or 80 this training is for you. Over the course of our lives, it is easy to develop improper, unsafe movement patterns that do not serve us well into our senior years. Whether you are healthy, want to prevent problems or have a chronic condition such as arthritis, osteoporosis, or post rehab joint issues, this class will accommodate your needs and give you the foundation to move safely in your other classes and daily activities. This class is focused on joint stability, functional movements, range of motion, posture, balance and coordination. ALL levels welcome, great entry class, also great if you need to work on your mobility. This is a "chair based" class

    • Dynamic Lifting

      This class is designed around the education of the diverse forms of lifting and moving. Most of the class will be framed around natural and functional movements tailored to support individual needs, daily and active lifestyles. All levels of individuals are welcome. Each session will focus on the mechanical principles of functional training done in a safe and challenging format. A progressive outline will allow participants to frame each session towards building a fitness foundation to support and structure their health around. This class will expose you to new ideas and exercises, while exploring what, why and how's of health and fitness.

    • Lift it

      Take your strength to the next level. In this class, we focus on lifting form, foundational movements, and compound exercises. Lift It will help you feel empowered and confident with various lifts as you push yourself to progress week to week. Whether you have been coming to the gym for years or have never held a dumbbell, all individuals are welcome.

    • Spin

      A great way to get in a vigorous workout especially during the off-season or a great way to cross train for your sport. Something for everyone! Intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, runs, surges and jumps all to music hand-picked to motivate and inspire! This is a great workout if you want to burn calories and increase endurance. Com on in for the ride! Join us in our cycling class, our instructors will keep you motivate and on task as they guide participants through different workout phases. Warm-up, steady up tempo, cadences, sprints, climb, cool-downs, etc. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or as difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal.

      Get ready to blast through this killer cardio and strength combo class. We will spend half our time on our bikes and crush the second half of our class with strength work. This enables your heart rate to stay high and in fat burning zone for the entire class! Leave feeling slightly shaky, really sweaty and high on endorphins.

    • TRX

      This class will use the TRX Suspension Trainer as its foundational piece of equipment. The TRX Suspension Trainer is a simple system that uses body weight, adjustments, positions, and angles to create resistance to challenge the body's muscular strength, endurance, and range of motion. TRX is also a great tool to use in preparing the body for everyday functional movements. No matter age, level of experience, or weaknesses all participants will learn the fundamentals of TRX and the 7 foundational movements. As members grow in strength and form they will be introduced to progressions allowing them to challenge their fitness goals. Workouts will also include non-TRX exercises that will engage the core leading to improved posture and performance with the TRX.

    • Step 'n' Stretch

      Step back in time to experience one of the most revolutionary fitness modalities invented. This class is the best of both worlds! Cardio and Yoga You will work up a sweat with approximately 35-40 minutes of good old fashioned knee friendly step choreography, followed by a cool down and extended Yoga stretch.Great for beginners and EVERYONE!

If you, like 60% of other golfers, suffer from lower back pain it could be due to tight hamstrings! This class will open the hips allowing for greater hip turn and more efficient ball striking as you are better able to turn and transfer your weight, while maintaining your balance and power.Core and Balance: This Yoga for Golfers® session focuses on the muscles in the core and balance helping you achieve a more consistent, effective, and repeatable golf swing.Birdie Session: This Yoga for Golfers® session is a little more challenging than the Par Session, but still very accessible for all levels of fitness. In this 60 minute class, we will move between flow and yin sequences to focus on the back and hips. This class can be a little challenging on the mind and physically in the yin poses. It's a great way to find balance and learn how our bodies move and where our minds are at the present moment. This class has a strong focus on the hips and hamstrings. We will stretch and lengthen those tight muscles, It is also a great for those who sit in chair all day or as a compliment to any sport. If you are tight, this class is for you! See you on your mats!
