Active Forever
12 and upActive Forever (F) = Functional Fitness FocusThis fitness class is structured towards older adults hoping to build, maintain, or improver their current level of health and fitness. Our instructors and facility provide a supportive, safe environment to help improve our participant's fitness condition. Move It or Lose It
12 and upWhether you are 50 or 80 this training is for you. Over the course of our lives, it is easy to develop improper, unsafe movement patterns that do not serve us well into our senior years. Whether you are healthy, want to prevent problems or have a chronic condition such as arthritis, osteoporosis, or post rehab joint issues, this class will accommodate your needs and give you the foundation to move safely in your other classes and daily activities. This class is focused on joint stability, functional movements, range of motion, posture, balance and coordination. Spin
12 and upThis class incorporates our normal sweaty spin workout, with the added benefits of core strengthening exercises. The first 30 minutes are spent in the saddle for a fun cardio workout that will challenge and inspire you with a high-energy vibe and motivating music. This will be followed by 15 mins of low impact core strengthening to improve posture, stability and lower back strength. - Learn More / Register

Yoga
At least 2w but less than 99Calm & MindfulReconnect with yourself while bonding with your child in this gentle Mom and Me Yoga class. Designed to support postpartum recovery and mindful parenting, this class blends slow-flow yoga for moms with age-appropriate movement and sensory play for children.You’ll practice breathing techniques, light strengthening, and relaxation exercises all while creating a calm, supportive environment for your little one to explore.A beautiful way to nurture both body and bond.Babies welcome ages 6 weeks up to 1 year
