    • Active Forever

      12 and upActive Forever (S) = Strength FocusThis fitness class is structured towards older adults hoping to build, maintain, or improver their current level of health and fitness. Our instructors and facility provide a supportive, safe environment to help improve our participant's fitness condition. Join a group of dedicated adults who want to be active and fit forever! -- All levels welcome -- you will be encouraged to explore all your body's abilities in a progressive and safe format.

    • Turn and Burn

      12 and upGet ready to blast through this killer cardio and strength combo class. We will spend half our time on our bikes and crush the second half of our class with strength work. This enables your heart rate to stay high and in fat burning zone for the entire class! Leave feeling slightly shaky, really sweaty and high on endorphins.

    • Yoga

      7 and upGrounded & Strong Yoga is a yoga practice designed to engage and stretch the entire body, promoting flexibility, strength, and balance. It often includes a variety of poses that target different muscle groups, from legs and back to core and shoulders. Many total body yoga sessions incorporate a vinyasa flow, transitioning between poses with breath, and may also include deep stretches and core work.

      7 and upThis unique practice focuses on releasing tension in the connective tissues of the body, promoting flexibility and mobility. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this class is suitable for all levels. Let's flow together and find balance in both body and mind.

    • Happy Hips Back Yoga

      7 and upYang and Yin are opposites. In yoga, Yang practices tend to engage the muscles, help build endurance and of course mobility. Yin is a passive yoga practice, where poses are held longer to give time to dig deep into the Fascia, Connective Tissue. In this 60 minute class, we will move between flow and yin sequences to focus on the back and hips. This class can be a little challenging on the mind and physically in the yin poses. It's a great way to find balance and learn how our bodies move and where our minds are at the present moment. This class has a strong focus on the hips and hamstrings. We will stretch and lengthen those tight muscles, It is also a great for those who sit in chair all day or as a compliment to any sport. If you are tight, this class is for you! See you on your mats!
