    • Move It or Lose It

      12 and upWhether you are 50 or 80 this training is for you. Over the course of our lives, it is easy to develop improper, unsafe movement patterns that do not serve us well into our senior years. Whether you are healthy, want to prevent problems or have a chronic condition such as arthritis, osteoporosis, or post rehab joint issues, this class will accommodate your needs and give you the foundation to move safely in your other classes and daily activities. This class is focused on joint stability, functional movements, range of motion, posture, balance and coordination. ALL levels welcome, great entry class, also great if you need to work on your mobility. This is a "chair based" class

    • Dynamic Lifting

      7 and upTake your strength to the next level. In this class, we focus on lifting form, foundational movements, and compound exercises. Lift It will help you feel empowered and confident with various lifts as you push yourself to progress week to week. Whether you have been coming to the gym for years or have never held a dumbbell, all individuals are welcome.

    • Spin

      12 and upA great way to get in a vigorous workout especially during the off-season or a great way to cross train for your sport. Something for everyone! Intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, runs, surges and jumps all to music hand-picked to motivate and inspire! This is a great workout if you want to burn calories and increase endurance. Com on in for the ride! Join us in our cycling class, our instructors will keep you motivate and on task as they guide participants through different workout phases. Warm-up, steady up tempo, cadences, sprints, climb, cool-downs, etc. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or as difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal.

    • Turn and Burn

      12 and upGet ready to blast through this killer cardio and strength combo class. We will spend half our time on our bikes and crush the second half of our class with strength work. This enables your heart rate to stay high and in fat burning zone for the entire class! Leave feeling slightly shaky, really sweaty and high on endorphins.

    • Happy Hips Back Yoga

      7 and upYang and Yin are opposites. In yoga, Yang practices tend to engage the muscles, help build endurance and of course mobility. Yin is a passive yoga practice, where poses are held longer to give time to dig deep into the Fascia, Connective Tissue. In this 60 minute class, we will move between flow and yin sequences to focus on the back and hips. This class can be a little challenging on the mind and physically in the yin poses. It's a great way to find balance and learn how our bodies move and where our minds are at the present moment. This class has a strong focus on the hips and hamstrings. We will stretch and lengthen those tight muscles, It is also a great for those who sit in chair all day or as a compliment to any sport. If you are tight, this class is for you! See you on your mats!
