    • Move It or Lose It

      Whether you are 50 or 80 this training is for you. Over the course of our lives, it is easy to develop improper, unsafe movement patterns that do not serve us well into our senior years. Whether you are healthy, want to prevent problems or have a chronic condition such as arthritis, osteoporosis, or post rehab joint issues, this class will accommodate your needs and give you the foundation to move safely in your other classes and daily activities. This class is focused on joint stability, functional movements, range of motion, posture, balance and coordination. ALL levels welcome, great entry class, also great if you need to work on your mobility. This is a "chair based" class

    • Dynamic Lifting

      This class is designed around the education of the diverse forms of lifting and moving. Most of the class will be framed around natural and functional movements tailored to support individual needs, daily and active lifestyles. All levels of individuals are welcome. Each session will focus on the mechanical principles of functional training done in a safe and challenging format. A progressive outline will allow participants to frame each session towards building a fitness foundation to support and structure their health around. This class will expose you to new ideas and exercises, while exploring what, why and how's of health and fitness.

    • Lift it

      Take your strength to the next level. In this class, we focus on lifting form, foundational movements, and compound exercises. Lift It will help you feel empowered and confident with various lifts as you push yourself to progress week to week. Whether you have been coming to the gym for years or have never held a dumbbell, all individuals are welcome.

    • Spin

      A great way to get in a vigorous workout especially during the off-season or a great way to cross train for your sport. Something for everyone! Intervals, rolling hills, sprints, runs, surges, and jumps all to hand-picked music to motivate and inspire! This is a great workout if you want to burn calories and increase endurance. Come on in for the ride! Join us in our spin class, our instructors will keep you motivated and on task as they guide participants through different workout phases. Warm-up, steady up tempo, cadences, sprints, climbs, cool-downs, etc. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or as difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal.

    • Turn and Burn

      ( SPIN AND STRENGTH)Start your class on the bike " spinning " for cardio strength and endurance and end on your MAT for the BURN! Burn section of the class is STRENGTH BASED and includes CORE and moreThis is a complete workout for all levels SPIN, STRENGTH Interval training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training. Turn and Burn takes it one step further, offering a winning work-out combination of spinning (cardio) and resistance training (building muscle strength). Through a variety of simple, yet intense timed exercises, each class will blast away the calories and, when done consistently, will provide noticeable fitness results in a short amount of time.

    • TRX

      This class will use the TRX Suspension Trainer as its foundational piece of equipment. The TRX Suspension Trainer is a simple system that uses body weight, adjustments, positions, and angles to create resistance to challenge the body's muscular strength, endurance, and range of motion. TRX is also a great tool to use in preparing the body for everyday functional movements. No matter age, level of experience, or weaknesses all participants will learn the fundamentals of TRX and the 7 foundational movements. As members grow in strength and form they will be introduced to progressions allowing them to challenge their fitness goals. Workouts will also include non-TRX exercises that will engage the core leading to improved posture and performance with the TRX.

      Vinyasa is a smooth transition between asanas especially when movement is paired with the breath. In this class you will be encouraged to connect your breath and movement as when we move in life and fitness, we sometimes limit our breathing, this class will benefit your body from learning how to slow down and really get into the breath work and healing aspects of yoga.

    • Yin and Meditation

      Invite stillness, relaxation, and love within as you fall into a deep meditation in your yin poses. Yin invites us to work on the fascia deep connective tissue which will help you release tension and improve mobility. We will let the practice to the work on us instead of us doing the work. Think of gentle resistance in each pose without control. By promoting the flow of energy through the energy channels of our core, we can help bring health and balance to your busy Yang-Style lives. This class is open to all levels of experience.

    • Happy Hips Back Yoga

      Yang and Yin are opposites. In yoga, Yang practices tend to engage the muscles, help build endurance and of course mobility. Yin is a passive yoga practice, where poses are held longer to give time to dig deep into the Fascia, Connective Tissue. In this 60 minute class, we will move between flow and yin sequences to focus on the back and hips. This class can be a little challenging on the mind and physically in the yin poses. It's a great way to find balance and learn how our bodies move and where our minds are at the present moment.

      In this fitness program we combine Latin and International music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training- alternating fast and slow rhythms, to help improve cardiovascular fitness. A "fitness party" that is downright addictive.
