      12 and upActive Forever (S) = Strength FocusThis fitness class is structured towards older adults hoping to build, maintain, or improver their current level of health and fitness. Our instructors and facility provide a supportive, safe environment to help improve our participant's fitness condition. Join a group of dedicated adults who want to be active and fit forever! -- All levels welcome -- you will be encouraged to explore all your body's abilities in a progressive and safe format.

    • Dynamic Lifting

      12 and upTake your strength to the next level. In this class, we focus on lifting form, foundational movements, and compound exercises. Lift It will help you feel empowered and confident with various lifts as you push yourself to progress week to week. Whether you have been coming to the gym for years or have never held a dumbbell, all individuals are welcome.

    • Turn and Burn

      12 and upGet ready to blast through this killer cardio and strength combo class. We will spend half our time on our bikes and crush the second half of our class with strength work. This enables your heart rate to stay high and in fat burning zone for the entire class! Leave feeling slightly shaky, really sweaty and high on endorphins.

    • TRX and Core

      12 and upThis class will use the TRX Suspension Trainer as its foundational piece of equipment. The TRX Suspension Trainer is a simple system that uses body weight, adjustments, positions, and angles to create resistance to challenge the body's muscular strength, endurance, and range of motion. TRX is also a great tool to use in preparing the body for everyday functional movements. No matter age, level of experience, or weaknesses all participants will learn the fundamentals of TRX and the 7 foundational movements. As members grow in strength and form they will be introduced to progressions allowing them to challenge their fitness goals. Workouts will also include non-TRX exercises that will engage the core leading to improved posture and performance with the TRX.

    • Step 'n' Stretch

      12 and upStep back in time to experience one of the most revolutionary fitness modalities invented. This class is the best of both worlds! Cardio and Yoga You will work up a sweat with approximately 35-40 minutes of good old fashioned knee friendly step choreography, followed by a cool down and extended Yoga stretch.Great for beginners and EVERYONE!

    • Simply Stretching

      12 and upA 45-minute class stretch class that incorporates standing, laying and seated positions to open and lengthen the muscles from all angles, increasing flexibility and improving body awareness. A wonderful and important compliment to your regular exercise routine to help you stay injury and pain free.

    • Happy Hips Back Yoga

      10 and upYang and Yin are opposites. In yoga, Yang practices tend to engage the muscles, help build endurance and of course mobility. Yin is a passive yoga practice, where poses are held longer to give time to dig deep into the Fascia, Connective Tissue. In this 60 minute class, we will move between flow and yin sequences to focus on the back and hips. This class can be a little challenging on the mind and physically in the yin poses. It's a great way to find balance and learn how our bodies move and where our minds are at the present moment. This class has a strong focus on the hips and hamstrings. We will stretch and lengthen those tight muscles, It is also a great for those who sit in chair all day or as a compliment to any sport. If you are tight, this class is for you! See you on your mats!
