    • Active Forever

      12 and upActive Forever (C) = Cardio and Core FocusThis fitness class is structured towards older adults hoping to build, maintain, or improver their current level of health and fitness. Our instructors and facility provide a supportive, safe environment to help improve our participant's fitness condition. Join a group of dedicated adults who want to be active and fit forever! -- All levels welcome -- you will be encouraged to explore all your body's abilities in a progressive and safe format.

    • Spin

      12 and upA great way to get in a vigorous workout especially during the off-season or a great way to cross train for your sport. Something for everyone! Intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, runs, surges and jumps all to music hand-picked to motivate and inspire! This is a great workout if you want to burn calories and increase endurance. Com on in for the ride! Join us in our cycling class, our instructors will keep you motivate and on task as they guide participants through different workout phases. Warm-up, steady up tempo, cadences, sprints, climb, cool-downs, etc. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or as difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal.

    • TRX

      12 and upThis class will use the TRX Suspension Trainer as its foundational piece of equipment. The TRX Suspension Trainer is a simple system that uses body weight, adjustments, positions, and angles to create resistance to challenge the body's muscular strength, endurance, and range of motion. TRX is also a great tool to use in preparing the body for everyday functional movements. No matter age, level of experience, or weaknesses all participants will learn the fundamentals of TRX and the 7 foundational movements. As members grow in strength and form they will be introduced to progressions allowing them to challenge their fitness goals. Workouts will also include non-TRX exercises that will engage the core leading to improved posture and performance with the TRX.

      12 and upA 30-minute class stretch class that incorporates standing, laying and seated positions to open and lengthen the muscles from all angles, increasing flexibility and improving body awareness. A wonderful and important compliment to your regular exercise routine to help you stay injury and pain free.

      7 and upTherapeutic Yoga is a gentle, restorative practice designed to release tension, alleviate pain, and promote balance. this class combines soft yoga postures, osteopathic techniques, therapeutic adjustments, and specialized props to mobilize the spine and address deep-seated imbalances.Each session includes breath awareness, mindfulness, and gentle movement, tailored to individual needs. Suitable for all levels, this practice offers a relaxing and deeply nourishing experience to support your body’s natural healing

    • Happy Hips Back Yoga

      7 and upYang and Yin are opposites. In yoga, Yang practices tend to engage the muscles, help build endurance and of course mobility. Yin is a passive yoga practice, where poses are held longer to give time to dig deep into the Fascia, Connective Tissue. In this 60 minute class, we will move between flow and yin sequences to focus on the back and hips. This class can be a little challenging on the mind and physically in the yin poses. It's a great way to find balance and learn how our bodies move and where our minds are at the present moment. This class has a strong focus on the hips and hamstrings. We will stretch and lengthen those tight muscles, It is also a great for those who sit in chair all day or as a compliment to any sport. If you are tight, this class is for you! See you on your mats!

      At least 7 but less than 99Zumba Gold retains the core of the Zumba class design with a gentler pace. It is a great option if you are new to dancing and would like to learn the steps in a slower paced way. This class is also great if you like to dance but don’t want to jump. Come and join the party!
