Originally from Southern California, he’s worked with diverse clients, men and women of all levels - to improve strength, body composition, and overall health. Passionate about transformation and performance, Andre is dedicated to helping others embrace fitness as a lifestyle through strength training, bodybuilding, and athlete-focused performance.
- ChelseaInstructorChelsea is an ACE-certified Personal Trainer passionate about helping people at all fitness levels grow and thrive. With a background in sports and a deep interest in exercise science, she focuses on foundational movement, nutrition, and sustainable lifestyle changes. As a mom of two, she believes it’s never too late to start your fitness journey and is committed to supporting clients in reaching goals -from push-ups to marathons - with encouragement and expertise.
- JayneTrainerJayne is a Certified Life Coach and Personal Training Specialist with expertise in Functional Medicine, Active Aging, and Weight Management. She supports clients of all ages and fitness levels, focusing on functional movement and lifelong wellness. A lifelong athlete and proud Olympic Torch Bearer for Vancouver 2010, Jayne is passionate about helping others find joy in fitness, move well, and stay strong through every stage of life.
- CurtisTrainerCurtis W is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience, specializing in Osteopathic-centered Personal Training™. His approach integrates joint health, functional movement, and holistic wellness to build lasting foundations for health. Trained in Osteopathy and recognized for excellence in fitness, Curtis has worked with clients of all ages and needs. A Tourism Calgary White Hat winner and national university champion, he’s passionate about helping others thrive through informed, personalized care.
- Jo-AnneTrainerJo-Anne is a certified fitness professional specializing in functional training for daily living, joint mobility, muscular imbalances, post-rehab, and chronic conditions like arthritis and osteoporosis. With a background in EMS and First Aid instruction, she brings a practical, compassionate approach to fitness. Offering both land and water-based training, Jo-Anne focuses on posture, balance, and movement for all ages and abilities, and she’s a big fan of boxing and kayaking.
- JanetTrainerJanet brings over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, specializing in older adult fitness (55+). She has led group classes like Spin and Women & Weights, and conducted fitness assessments, always promoting the belief that fit and active people come in all shapes and sizes. Janet is passionate about supporting others on their fitness journey, and when she’s not coaching, she creates beautiful glass art as the “Accidental Artist.”
- Curtis FTrainerCurtis F brings over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, specializing in strength and conditioning, group, and team training. With certifications in Fitness and Nutrition and a background in boxing, martial arts, rock climbing, and endurance sports, he helps individuals reach diverse goals - from building muscle to race prep. Curtis is passionate about guiding people of all levels toward success, and enjoys skiing, hiking, swimming, and competitive racing.
- JuméTrainerJumé is a certified adaptive and inclusive fitness trainer passionate about helping youth and young adults build strength, confidence, and lifelong fitness habits. She works with all fitness levels, focusing on strength and conditioning through weightlifting, endurance, and high-intensity training. Jumé creates a welcoming space where beginners thrive and athletes grow. Outside the gym, she enjoys aerial silks, crafting handmade cards, and training for her next personal challenge.
- SaraTrainerSara is a passionate personal trainer who works with all fitness levels, from moms to athletes. With a background as a competitive figure skater, she brings energy and motivation to every session. Sara specializes in HIIT, boot camps, Tabata, and spin, helping clients push past limits and reach their goals. Her motto: “If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you.” Fun fact: she skated for Disney on Ice and was a stunt double in a movie!
- RahmiTrainerRahmi is a certified group fitness instructor and yoga/meditation teacher trainer who welcomes all fitness levels. She teaches a wide range of classes including Spin, Zumba, TRX, Barre, Aqua Fitness, and specialized prenatal/postnatal programs. Passionate about inclusive wellness, Rahmi also leads Nordic Pole Walking and works with older adults, athletes, and new moms. Her motto: “Come as you are and let’s work out together - live in the moment.”
- Megan PTrainerMegan is a passionate personal trainer and group fitness coach who works with all levels, specializing in CrossFit, Olympic lifting, strength and conditioning, mobility, and endurance training. She blends strength, metabolic training, nutrition, and recovery techniques to help clients reach their goals without burnout. With a background in powerlifting and strongman, Megan also enjoys trail running, aerial silks, and challenging herself through intense and diverse physical pursuits.
- LindsayTrainerLindsay is an ACE-certified personal trainer who works with all ages and fitness levels, believing every journey starts uniquely. With a lifelong love of sports and movement, she empowers clients to feel strong, confident, and healthy - both physically and mentally. Her approach is supportive and goal-oriented, helping individuals exceed their personal fitness and lifestyle goals. Fun fact: Lindsay holds a millwright ticket and can operate a variety of heavy equipment!
- StephanieTrainerStephanie has nearly 30 years of experience in fitness and wellness, specializing in holistic health, injury recovery, and performance training for busy individuals and athletes. As a certified 500-hour yoga teacher, facial fitness coach, and Group Fitness Coordinator, she teaches a wide range of classes and promotes her “Small Wins Daily” philosophy. A Master Trainer for Lebert Fitness, Stephanie’s energy is contagious - she’s passionate about helping others thrive through movement and mindset.
