Warm Water Therapy Pool

Built with support from the Cochrane and District Warm Water Therapy Pool Society, the Therapy Pool was specially designed for engaging rehabilitation, range of motion, mobility, stretching and meditative healing therapies. Access is controlled for safety and to ensure quality of therapeutic experience.

Hot Tub

Relax! Relieve those tight muscles and joints after a long day in the gym or at work. Enjoy the soothing effect of the warm water and massaging action. Tension and stress be gone!

SLS Centre Spray Park

Now closed for the season. When the weather heats up, there’s no better place to be than our free Spray Park! It’s the perfect way for families to stay cool, have fun, and make summer memories together. Pack some snacks, bring the neighbours, and enjoy the splash! Please note: Access is through the outdoor gate only. The Spray Park will close during thunderstorms or other severe weather conditions.
