Our Summer Practice Ice is from now until September 26 — and if you grab a package, you can keep sliding even after September 26 (as long as you’ve got sessions left)!

Pricing:

• $15/person/hour

• $60/sheet/hour (bring as many friends as you like — unlimited guests!)

You can book in 1 or 2 hour slots, and each session starts with either a fresh scrape or a fresh pebble — perfect conditions to practice your skills!

📅 Booking Tips Please plan ahead — we may not be able to accommodate same-day bookings. Booking early = guaranteed ice time!

We’ve got some sweet packages for regular rock throwers:

• 5 hours – $70/person

• 10 hours – $125/person

• 20 hours – $200/person

If you're planning to practice with us, email Morgan at mmuise@slscentre.com with the date and time you want to practice and she’ll get you booked in!

Ice Surface

• NO OUTDOOR FOOTWEAR ALLOWED
• Participants must bring a clean pair of indoor shoes, runners are best (something with a soft rubber sole)
• Helmets required for all children 12 and under
• Active supervision required for children 9 and under
• Line of sight required on children 12 and under
• Do not rest hands or knees on ice for extended periods of time, this causes damage to playing surface
• Helmets required for all participants of Human Curling (we have a limited selection of climbing or bicycle helmets on hand, we encourage you to bring your own)

Equipment

• Novice curling equipment available to borrow
• Return all equipment to storage boxes when finished
• Inspect equipment prior to use to make sure it is in good repair - broken equipment can cause damage to the ice and can be dangerous to use

Locker Rooms

• Leave dressing rooms as found
• Report any damage or incidents to a staff member immediately
• ABSOLUTELY NO CHEWING TOBACCO ANYWHERE IN THE FACILITY
• ABSOLUTELY NO VAPING ANYWHERE IN THE FACILITY

Lobby Areas

• Do not cover or obstruct view of any facility or advertising signage in any lobby areas
• All requests for tables and chairs must be received one week in advance of tournaments

Curling Lounge

• Access to Curling Lounge (On The Rocks) must be confirmed in advance
• On The Rocks Lounge has limited hours - outside of operating hours, rental required to gain access
• No outside drinks allowed
