We have 3 NHL sized hockey arenas.  You will find the Cochrane Generals playing on their home ice, Totem 1.   User groups access the ice for recreational skating, figure skating, hockey, ringette, and ice sport skill training.

The Cochrane Arena is also operated by SLS Centre and includes the arena, Christopher Robin's Playhouse & Childcare Centre, ML Snack House and a program room.

Cochrane Arena

All players must wear full equipment, including helmets, during games and practices

Certified hockey helmets mandatory for sticks and pucks, and mandatory 12 years old and under (CSA Standard) *with the exception of figure skating specific programs

No checking or aggressive behavior permitted during public skating sessions

Only authorized personnel are permitted in penalty boxes and other restricted areas

Spectators to remain in designated seating areas and not enter playing surfaces

Respect the start and end times of rental period to avoid disrupting other bookings

Report any damage or maintenance issues to facility staff immediately

The use of showers in our Arenas dressing rooms is not permitted during or after public drop-in times. If you require a shower before or after your skate, Guest Services can advise you of available alternative options
