9/11 MEMORIAL WORKOUT
Join us alongside local first responders for our annual powerful, self-paced bootcamp workout honoring the lives lost 25 years ago. Participants will complete one exercise rep for each of the fallen first responders from that day. All fitness levels welcome. This is FREE workout open to the entire community.- SLS Centre
Try Sturling Spiel
Join us for a fun day on the ice and experience Sturling Curling, a fast-paced twist on the traditional game! Open to all skill levels, stick and slide curlers alike. Bring a friend and make some memories.- SLS Centre, Curling Centre

Admission is free, please register to reserve your spot. Free Community Public Swim brought to you by Home Treasures. Supervision requirements: 1 responsible person (16 years+) actively supervising and within arms reach for every 4 children under 8 years old. Summer Kickoff
Join us for our annual Summer Kickoff event at SLS Centre! This free, family-friendly celebration features bouncy houses, sports activities, music, a dunk tank and face painting. Explore the vendors, engage with local businesses and unwind in the beer garden (18+Only). Mark your calendars and help us welcome summer in style!
EggaPOOLooza
EggaPOOLooza is our unique spin on the traditional Easter egg hunt – hosted in the pool! Dive into the Jayman BUILT Aquatic Centre to collect colourful floating and sunken eggs, with special golden eggs offering extra prizes. With multiple 45-minute sessions, including a sensory-friendly option, this family-friendly event is a splash of Easter fun for all ages!
Trunk or Treat
Our Trunk or Treat event offers a safe and festive alternative to traditional trick-or-treating, featuring creatively decorated vehicles hosted by local businesses and community members. Enjoy games, activities, and plenty of treats in a family-friendly environment. This completely free event is the perfect way to celebrate Halloween and connect with the Cochrane community. The event takes place each year right around Halloween. Keep your eyes out for the next dates!
