  • FREE Public Swim Sponsored by Cochrane Home Treasures.

    Admission is free, please register to reserve your spot. Free Community Public Swim brought to you by Home Treasures. Supervision requirements: 1 responsible person (16 years+) actively supervising and within arms reach for every 4 children under 8 years old. Protective, water resistant swimwear mandatory for children under 36 months or anyone who may be incontinent.

  • Celebrate Family Day at SLS Centre with a Teddy Bears’ Picnic & More!

    Join us on Monday, February 16, for a fantastic Family Day celebration at SLS Centre! Bring your favorite teddy bear and enjoy Teddy Bears' Picnic, a morning event filled with fun, laughter, and unforgettable memories. This will be a DROP-IN event, and will cost $5 per person. No registration needed! Along with Teddy Bears' Picnic, there will also be a host of other events happening at SLSC on Family Day! See below for the full schedule of events.

  • Summer Kickoff

    Join us for our annual Summer Kickoff event at SLS Centre! This free, family-friendly celebration features bouncy houses, sports activities, a dunk tank, face painting, and beer gardens for adults. The evening culminates with a late-night drive-in movie. Mark your calendars and help us welcome summer in style!

    • EggaPOOLooza

      EggaPOOLooza is our unique spin on the traditional Easter egg hunt – hosted in the pool! Dive into the Jayman BUILT Aquatic Centre to collect colourful floating and sunken eggs, with special golden eggs offering extra prizes. With multiple 45-minute sessions, including a sensory-friendly option, this family-friendly event is a splash of Easter fun for all ages!

      • Trunk or Treat

        Our Trunk or Treat event offers a safe and festive alternative to traditional trick-or-treating, featuring creatively decorated vehicles hosted by local businesses and community members. Enjoy games, activities, and plenty of treats in a family-friendly environment. This completely free event is the perfect way to celebrate Halloween and connect with the Cochrane community. The event takes place each year right around Halloween. Keep your eyes out for the next dates!
