Try A New Program Free From Sept 16-21Discover Week is an opportunity to sample a variety of programs completely FREE before committing. This week focuses on providing you a no commitment opportunity to try out a new program or fitness class. All classes for this program will be instructor-led and structured as a demo so that you can sample the program. There will be a Q&A with the instructor, following the program. Registering in advance for the sample program will guarantee you a spot.

This inclusive yoga class focuses on strength, flexibility, and relaxation through breath and mindful movement. All levels welcome.

Experience a calming mix of Pilates and Yoga to strengthen your core and improve flexibility. Great for beginners and those with lower back concerns.

Release and Relieve “Mobility Mastery”
Improve mobility, posture, and recovery with techniques from Critical Alignment Therapy and Functional Mobility Systems. Ideal for enhancing athletic performance or relieving stress.

Teen Kickboxing
Teens can learn kickboxing fundamentals for fitness and self-defense, training with gloves and heavy bags. No prior experience needed.
