Reserve Practice Ice
Practice ice is available during regular Curling Centre operating hours and is
scheduled around league play and maintenance. Most practice sessions are
reservable in 1-hr blocks, though durations may vary depending on occasion

Access & Membership
A Curling Practice ice fee of $15/person/hour applies to all Curling Centre users, and the practice fee will be waived for those with a valid SLSC Membership.
- ALL users must complete enrollment with their own account.
- As of January 1, 2026 ALL activity participants must have a profile/account created with SLS Centre. If you don't have an account, click here to create one.
- If you are a Punch Pass Holder, you will need to Check-In at the Guest

MorganCurlerMorgan is an accomplished Canadian Curler with experience at the junior, provincial, national and international level. With her deep competitive background technical knowledge and passion for growing the sport, she offers students clear, experienced instruction-whether they're brand new Curlers or developing players looking to refine strategy, delivery or sweeping fundamentals.
KyCurling Instructor and Ice TechnicianKy brings years of competitive Curling experience and deep understanding of sports strategy, technique and team dynamics. Having playing at a high level, he offers students a blend of technical precision and practical, game tested insight. As an instructor, Ky focuses on helping Curlers refine their delivery, improve sweeping efficiency and strengthen on-ice communication.
OliviaCurling InstructorOlivia is a knowledgeable and encouraging instructor who specializes in helping brand new Curlers feel confident on the ice. With hands on experience teaching beginners, she breaks down the fundamentals - delivery, sweeping, strategy and safety - in a way that's clear, supportive and easy to follow. Questions are encouraged, progress is celebrated and every Curler no matter their starting point, feels empowered to improve with her guidance.
