Community Board Guidelines
Rules For Our Community Board
How to Submit:
- Drop off your printed material at Guest Services
- Approved items will be posted for up to 4 weeks
- Please bring two copies of your creative if you would like it posted on both of our community boards!
Board Locations:
- Main Lobby (Atrium) – left wall of the vestibule
- Outside Totem 2 – wall near the main doors
Submission Guidelines:
- Must be community-focused and family-friendly
- No offensive, political, or divisive content
- 8.5" x 11" paper or smaller
- Include contact info and event date(s) if applicable
- Submit at least 5 business days before you'd like it posted
Not Allowed:
- Business ads or services that fall under SLS Centre’s paid advertising
- Programs or events that duplicate or compete with SLS Centre offerings.
All postings are reviewed and approved by our Marketing Team. We reserve the right to decline materials that don’t meet our guidelines.
