Community Board Guidelines

Rules For Our Community Board

How to Submit:

  • Drop off your printed material at Guest Services.
  • Printed material must be 8.5" x 11" paper or smaller otherwise it will not be accepted
  • Approved items will be posted for up to 4 weeks or until the date of the event, which ever comes first
  • Please bring two copies of your creative if you would like it posted on both of our community boards!

Board Locations:

  • Main entrance vestibule
  • Totem 2 Lobby

Submission Guidelines:

  • Must be community-focused and family-friendly
  • No offensive, political, or divisive content
  • 8.5" x 11" paper or smaller - Anything larger will not be accepted
  • Include contact info and event date(s) if applicable
  • Please allow 5 business days for your poster to be added to the board

Not Allowed:

  • Business ads or services that fall under SLS Centre’s paid advertising
  • Programs or events that duplicate or compete with SLS Centre offerings.

All postings are reviewed and approved by our Marketing Team. We reserve the right to decline materials that don’t meet our guidelines.
